These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Certy, operated by Certy (ABN 56 634 950 372) ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Certy is a SaaS tool that monitors Azure certificates, application secrets, and SAML signing certificates for expiry, and sends alerts when they are approaching expiration or have expired.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • One account may represent one organisation. You may invite team members under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Certy to access Azure tenants you are not authorised to monitor.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Certy.
  • Resell or sublicense access to Certy without written permission.
  • Use Certy in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Certy is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at getcerty.com.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

5. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you provide to Certy, including Azure credentials and tenant information.
  • You grant us permission to use your data solely to provide the service.
  • We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • On account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide support via email at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond within 2 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Certy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that all certificate expiry events will be detected. You are responsible for maintaining your own monitoring and renewal processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Certy, including but not limited to service outages caused by expired certificates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Certy after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
